Elite Skill Hunting: Nightfall Skills in EotN
So, I'm starting serious work on the skill hunter track. Here's my question:
Wiki says the following: "Each Continent's respective title includes the core elite skills and all elite skills from that continent." If I capture, say, a Dervish skill in Tyria--in Eye of the North--, then does it ONLY count toward the Elonian skill hunter title? or the Tyrian and Elonian? Or only the Tyrian? I'm far closer to the title in Tyria and would prefer to cap there, but I guess I'll take it where I can get it. **edit: I own all three campaigns and the expansion, if that helps.** |

there are certain skills available to all campaigns (core skills) Skills that can be capped in EotN are a mix from all 3, and they will count to whatever title track they come from (core, tyria, elona, or cantha). Core skills count to all 3 title tracks. Specifically, if you capture that Dervish skill in EotN, it will count to the Elona title track because it is an Elonian skill. Coming from experience, I say Cantha>Elona>Tyria in ease of capping, as Tyria has random boss spawns and you'll end up doing Abaddon's Mouth like 6 times to cap all the skills there. |

Basically it breaks down this way:
1. Core Elite skills are found in more than one campain(Tyria/Factions/Nightfall) 2. Campain Elite skills are found only in that campain and possibly GWEN(to cap a skill in gwen you must have the chapter it originated in). |

Eye of the North may be on the Tyrian map, but as far as titles like Cartographer, Skill Hunter, and Guardian are concerned, Eye of the North doesn't count. It's just a melting pot for skills from all 3 campaigns to come together.
